This is the best diet that will work.  Whatever you have to eat, finish it off before 7.  Stay away from the carbs, as they add to your diet.  Instead, eat some fat burning foods like – oats.  Your dinner should never be heavy, because, your body will be very tired at the end of the day & your metabolism process, will find it very hard to function.  As a result, your slimming diet will turn into a fat forming diet.  It will also increase your chance of getting heartburn. Keeping your lips sealed might sound awkward, but, it is only an affair of self-discipline.  This is indeed your best fasting diet.

Secret 2: A cup of grapefruit juice every morning

This the most simple, yet effective way to lose weight!  The less you sleep, the more you gain weight.  Your body undergoes several activities in a day and in the end it will look forward to get a good rest.  When we don’t give it ample rest, our metabolism gets affected, which in turn affects the hormonal level of the body and adds on weight.  On the other hand, if you are awake, while you are supposed to sleep, you will naturally tend to drink a cup of coffee or take in some snacks to help you stay awake, which will definitely build up fat.  Make sure that you at least have a tight sleep of 7.5 hours every day.
